Rent a center laptop?

I bought a rent a center laptop and it has a screen that says "this computer is subject to a property agreement" and even when I f3 factory restore a already made account saying rent a center comes up ... how do I remove these ? I am not renting I paid cash for it

i would go to the renter center where you got it and have them remove it this way you don't make a mistake doing it your self make them do it then ask them in case you didn't get one a windows cd that has a copy of windows in case you need to reinstall
