Working or not you still live there don't you?  The rent is still due employed or not.  Use your unemployment benefits to pay the rent.  Or go get a couple part time jobs for the holidays.

He should atleast give you a month to find another job and he should pay the rent for that month..unless you&rsquo;re slacking off and not trying to find another job then I think it&rsquo;s fair.
