I purchased a mobile from amazon.in. in which was delivered on 23rd September 2016 but when I open the box there was no handset inside the box except the charger,eject pin and earphone. When I complain the matter to their customer care they ask for time to investigate and assure me to refund the money or either avail the same product to me. Now it is almost one month and there is no result. When I call them they always ask for giving them time to investigate. What should I do? If I file rti against whom I file, to amazon.in or the the shop from where the product issued? Most important thing is there is one IMEI is mentioned in the cash memo whereas the mobile handset is a dual sim handset. I ask them to provide me the other IMEI number they are unable to provide. Kindly suggest me the best way. Yhe handset price is rs.27,999/=
