It started about a week ago I thought it was a bite from an insect since I have been outdoors but not it starting to slowly spread and break out all over my legs only. I cannot afford to go to the doctor to see what this is but is making me miserable. It itches alot. They are red circles that itch periodically. They are not bed bugs since I know how that looks and this is not it. If I can show a picture I will.. Google help
