I have a lot of majors in mind that I love and I can't decide:( I need help deciding.
I love Psychology ever since my two Psychology classes as I love learning about the human mind and how it works. I like learning about mental illness and how to help someone with it (my father was schizophrenic and my mother has severe depressive disorder). I like helping people and have heard that I can work as a adoption specialist, a social worker, etc.
I like Business Administration as I can work from home with it and that is where I feel more comfortable and like to do (however it does not bother me to work at an actual office). I can combine Business Admin. (Associates with another degree).
I like Graphic Design as it allows you to be creative and to work at home making great income. It gives you choices in being a web designer, a graphic designer, etc.
I believe that I can do a double major and possibly take Psychology and Business Admin. Business Admin. requires you to switch out to a four year university to complete a Bachelors as well in either plain Business Admin. or a selected business major (like graphic arts).
I have also heard that Psychology and Graphic Design go hand in hand...is this true?
Basically should I only pick one major or go for all of the above. Would going for all the above make me more marketable considering the fact that I live in a small town. I can always work from home and work outside the home if the opportunity provides itself.
I talked to a counselor and she recommended that I do Administrative Support Technology but I do not feel like this is marketable from home or in an office and only makes me a secretary (I am more of a boss as I am currently self employed and work out of the home).
