If a white person was born in Africa, which means there African. Then they moved to America, which means there American. Would they be considered African-American? (I'm not racist by the way)

I dont think they can be called like that if we will depend or stick in the African-american definition it states that this are people which are citizens or residents of the United States who have total or significant partial ancestry from any of the native populations of Sub-Saharan Africa. Maybe they can acquire american citizenship and be called african american but if we will based in the true meaning of the world itself and how it is derived i dont think its appropriate to use the term to them
