So go around to real estate brokers and talk to them. The most important thing they are interested in is how many brokers you have already talked to. That is because the most important factor in that business is how many potential buyers you will talk to. They call it "pounding the pavement". The most important thing you want from them is how willing they are to talk to you.
As I mentioned, the business is mostly "pounding the pavement" and that is more than a full time occupation. So you can talk to people any time, but tell them you are still in school.
Good Morning,
Are you saying never tell each broker how many Prentiss brokers I have in mind? And I won't be finished my courses until early January so when would you recommend that I start going around networking with Brokers?
Thank you much.
