I am in contract to buy a house. I changed my mind and was told I'd be breaching contract. I decided not to buy the house anyway. I heard nothing for a few weeks. Then I saw the house listing was changed from "pending" to "active". A week later the price dropped by $10k. A few days after that it is now listed as "pending" again. Presumably with a new buyer. My understanding is that I cannot legally be considered in contract if the house was relisted and in process of being sold. Is this correct? Any thoughts???

the thing about those things the owner or real estate person can basically do with what they want its not right that they do this stuff but they think that everything they do is at their own liberty i think it points out that they are doing things illegally be very careful it truly is not in your favor you could get a attorney and fight them legally but that can get some time mabe its telling you to move on and get a different one but not in their involvement but i would be glad i wasn't involved with they really would mess you up
