... item separately. I opened, used, and liked the first copy so I purchased a second copy. When it arrived, I did not open the second copy carton because I had become seriously ill. About 8 months had passed before I finally opened the second $1,000 carton ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT THEY HAD PUT A COPY OF A PROGRAM THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY RETURNED INSIDE. Now the software company that I have used many, many times before insists that their 60 money-back guarantee had expired, and they have no responsibility to me. In other words, because I did not return the SECOND COPY that I did not order, they are just keeping my $1,000 and I get nothing for it. My question is who had made the first unforgivable mistake that created the second mistake? Do they get away with this scam or do I lose my $1,000 and receive nothing for it?

In 2015, from the same software company, I purchased two identical $1,000 software systems produced by a different vendor. I received both copies, and I can still use both copies of that software today. So, do you see that in the past with this company they have never made a shipping error or mistake. I have never had any reason to believe that they would act this way towards me now that they have made a mistake, and I paid $1,000 to catch them in their mistake? This means that even if I had paid $50,000.00 for one copy of their business software, they would not make it right because 60 days have passed, and they have no responsibility to make this right to please their good customer – me.

Also in the past, I have probably purchased about $10,000.00 worth of business software from this company, and they have never made any shipping errors except this time. Please give me your thoughts about how I can help myself
