it has not the memory to proceed with the movies it could be a app not working also needs a update or more for running the program that is letting you watch the movie it might have a app running in the background that doesn't agree with the program you are running to watch your movie things to check are the things i mention here updated version of the program
Unfortunately the root cause lies with the speed of your processor or in this case lack of!
Without changing the motherboard on your computer there is nothing you can do about the speed of your processor. However, you can improve the speed of your laptop with a RAM upgrade which is very easy to do yourself.
If you're not familiar with this (forgive me if you are) then RAM is Random Access Memory which is a memory bank your computer uses for files and programs you are currently using at the time. It takes them from its hard drive and into its RAM.
If you don't have enough RAM then your computer cannot buffer the movie fast enough. By adding more it can utilise it making your laptop run faster and hopefully solving this issue for you.
I would recommend using mrmemory.co.uk who supply it quickly, tells you how much RAM your computer can take, and is a reasonable price.
It is most definitely something you can do yourself, there are tonnes of videos on youtube on how to do this.
