Details:

I don't own correct pants for school and my deputy expects me to get some by tomorrow (i don't have the money too) or he'll send me home is he allowed?

Find out if you can buy second hand uniform pants, or maybe borrow a pair from your friend in the meantime. Not sure if he's allowed to send you home, but you probably need to get the right pants.
