Question - how does one clean music discs?

when I put music discs in my Bose system, it reads reading disc then it says disc error.  Do the discs need cleaning or does the system need repair?

clean the disk with a microfiber cloth a.k.a. glasses cloth. then if it still doesn't work check the disk for scratches. if it is fine than the bose radio will need repair. try first with a FAQ or troubleshooting page online

just reinstall the window and than open ur cd room and just clean safetly and slowly slowly  the lanzs of the cd room drive and than fit it back and after the  restared of ur window it it willllll work

you never know which one could be the problem. if the disk has long scratches with or against the grain it could be a problem... also how deep the scratch is..any discoloraton in the disk may be a problem aswell. 

in BOSE systems i've never heard of there disk reader dying...if you can see the eye try cleanung in with isopropyl alcohol . you may think it will damage it becuase it liquid but isopropyll alcohol evaportates very fast and you can clean the eye.. if neither fixes it i'd recomend taking it to a Radio Shack or your local computer center and ask for assistance.

1.Clean d disc wid o soft cloth.
2.if there r any scraches,wash disk once wid detergent soap by ur hands.
3.wipe d disc wid clean& soft cloth.
4.dry it & don't expose to direct sunlight.
         Try once it really works.

For the disc: try using creamy peanut butter or oil, spread over evenly the entire disc; with a soft clean cloth wipe clean the disc once disc is clean use a microfiber cloth....it normally works for me.

clean the disk with soft cloth if its not working then buy a lens cleaner from market and put on bose system it will clean you system lens. then you will be able to play your CD.

Ive been told that if you spread toothpaste around the disc itlk clean it then soray with lemon pledge it should fix it as for the player you can usually buy a lazer repair kit at like walmart or best buy and itll fix it and if it dnt fix it itll tell you wats wrong
