You can't, it's impossible. To lose weight healthily you need to change your diet and exercise which takes time to show effects, around six to eight weeks on average. If you did the most unhealthy thing possible, eat nothing and starve yourself you wouldn't start showing weight lose until the third week and you'd probably be spending that third week in a hospital.
Why not instead set yourself a new years resolution to lose weight in a healthy way, read up on weight lose advice from health and fitness websites NOT skinny people websites or "vomit your way to thin" websites..
you're going to need to start exercising, and eating less carbs, for your age I'd say no less than 100 carbs per day tops. No junk food, including sweets, fast food and frozen foods and chips etc. if you have any of those foods in your house right now, throw them away in the dumpster immediately. you can have diet soda if your parents let you, but for the most part just focus on healthy foods.
If you have access to a gym, start doing the tread mill or an upright stationary bike for at about 20 to 25 minutes daily, and start building muscle by using dumbbells and barbells don't lift weights that are too heavy for you, don't be a show off and compete with others about how much you can lift, there are many sites online that will teach you proper posture for weight lifting, posture is very important when exercising. If you don't have access to a gym or exercise machines, I recommend Tae Bo with Billy Blanks, there are quite a few videos on youtube you can get for free, his videos are very effective if you actually do it. If you don't have a gym membership, ask your parents about getting one so you can get into shape.
you will never lose weight and get into shape without proper diet and exercise. It will suck at first but the results are worth it. You're not doing this to impress anyone, you're doing this for yourself and for the sake of being healthy and taking care of your body. do not use diet pills and detox plans etc. those are a waste of time, they're myths.
You shouldn't be insecure! Being overweight in grade 6 is normal and should not be on a diet for. Being on a diet when you don't need to be is unhealthy, especially at a young age. You can exercise a little bit but, no matter what people tell you, DO NOT go on a diet, it could get you sick.
