If I can't find a song on Tidal and I downloaded it from the web. Is there any way of adding it onto my Tidal app so that I do not have to use two different apps for my music?

I don't know how to add songs to Tidal. As far as I'm concerned, Tidal doesn't allow users to upload local files. But I can tell you how to sync Tidal songs to your other apps. You can use DRmare Tidal Music Converter to download music from Tidal from your Tidal app and then keep them on your computer. After that, you can sync Tidal downloads to any device and player for collection, playback, etc. offline.
