Okay so I've never asked something online, but here goes. I went to an interview at a massage place, and considering I'm not licensed and they said they'd train, I figured it would be for a receptionist/front desk position. Well I was totally wrong. So I'm in the interview (with others being interviewed as well), and they started talking about the dos and don'ts there. Although they clearly stated that there was no prostitution allowed, there were many concerning things that I came to think of.
Firstly, they only hire females, based on their age and beauty.
Secondly, it was stated that if any employee was to be unable to make it to work due to any reason (even like if I had an emergency and had to get my daughter to the hospital), that if you couldn't get your shift covered you would be FINED! Quite a bit of money too. As well as being fined for other things such as, being late, not properly cleaning up, etc. (there was quite a few things to be fined for)
And thirdly, although they say that they don't allow happy endings, what they do allow I believe is somewhat similar... there are the regular massage sessions, but then they also have "reverse massages," meaning that you (the masseuse) switch up with the client and not only do you massage them, but they massage you as well. And on top of that I was also told that I would have also been required to do bikini
Question about the legality and legitimacy of a business?
