Hello! I would like to know whats the best way to lose belly fat and get that 6-pack,
I lost 60 pounds and i still got that fat layer.I read that following a low carb diet and doing cardio,HIIT exercices and weight lifting can help me reach that goal way faster.Can you please tell me what should i do? Low carb diets are something that i can not understand since all food have carbs.. :/ Thanks for your time!
P.S.I already do Hiit Cardio and weight lifting

Keep doing what you're already doing it takes an average person about 12 months of regular daily exercise to go from no abs to a visible abdomen musculature and about 3 years to get a "300 Spartan warrior" type 6 or 8 pack. Which you can then lose in under 3 months if you stop with the exercise... If you really really want a ripped look then you need to alter your diet to, basically, boiled skinless chicken and rice with raw vegetables 3x a day AND consult a dietician to optimize it for the healthiest balance or you will miss out on essential fats and oils which is very unhealthy. If you are doing the kind of regular exercise you describe you may also want to look at calcium supplements or you're in danger of depeleting your bones (your body will take it's calcium from them) and causing yourself serious injury. In all cases where you are doing or considering doing serious levels of muscle/fitness training a visit to a doctor and a dietician is good advice.
