I have a question to answer for my psychology but my teacher has failed to run thorough how to structure my answer and we have never covered principles.
The question is :
Describe 2 principles of the individual differences area.
It's a 4 mark question so pretty straight forward however I'm unsure on what a 'principle is'
Please could somebody give me an example on this and and how I should structure my answer

Psychiatrists and psychologists cannot answer such questions as “Why am I here?” “What is life for?” “What destiny awaits me?” “Why do wickedness and injustice abound?” Unless, of course, they give religious answers. That they are not the ones to go to for help when one is depressed and beset with all manner of problems is to be seen from the fact that suicides among them are twice as frequent as among the population in general.
Following Bible counsel benefits us in a physical way. Bible counsel comes from God. As our Creator, he has an intimate knowledge of how we are made and what we need. (Psalm 139:14-16) His counsel is always linked to our physical and emotional well-being.
