Pseudo-scientific racism?

Presumably it is a way of defending racism based on vague scientific principles.

For example, citing differences in the genetics/statistics concerning white/black/asian people as an excuse to treat people of those races differently from each other.

Pseudo-scientific racism is also often used by extremists in propaganda to make their argument for segregation or slavery seem logical.
