I played this as a kid and I swear it was always unlocked but for some reason it never unlocks now. As soon as I figure out how to unlock characters it won't let me use the mode their in. The game says so and so character unlocked but I can't access the multiplayer and I have no idea why. I'm in endgame in story I'm just stumped on why it hasn't unlocked.
