if you are body building or strength training then 16g should be enough. just eating a meal high in protien is fine, like chicken, tuna, cheese, eggs and so on.
Cheers for the response. I currently have peanut butter and then when I get home - chicken. But, I kind of want something different from peanut butter as you obviously need quite a bit of it to get a good amount of protein.
