If you want to speak professionally, you need professional training. Take acting classes. Concentrate on story telling and drama.
Story tellers:

Look at successful public speakers such as Barack Obama and Tony Blair and try to copy their speeches while watching videos of them on Youtube. Pay attention to their body language, what they do with their hands, which direction they are looking in, how they make many pauses in the middle of sentences to create effects (e.g. to receive applause, to make people think about the last words, or to make it look like they are thinking about what they are saying). Listen to how their voices rise and fall, get louder and softer, and why they are choosing to do that. How do they make some words seem more important than others? Think about that. Of course you also need a well written speech. Once you are able to deliver Obama's or Blair's speech in the way they did, try to copy their style in your speeches, adapting it where necessary to reflect your character and objectives. You will also need to make eye contact with various members of your audience to make them feel you are talking to each of them. Stand still without moving your feet around from side to side, and keep your back straight. Above all, feel confident and believe in what you are saying, this is vital.
