You probably could but the more conventional method would be to conceal a bag about your person and feed a small tube down between your buttocks to the normal opening you'd pee from.

Hehe, and I was only half joking. People really do stuff like this. Doesn't always work out, though. I remember one guy used a bag of his girlfriend's urine and got caught out because one of the tests showed he was pregnant. :)
