Ok so this is a bit of a long story but ill try to keep it short. Ive been at the same job for over a year, my company lost the contract and a new company took over (july 1). My manager took a lay off when the company's switched and my new boss made me the manager and adjusted my pay as so. Fast forward a month, she tells me I will be getting a raise in September. 2 weeks later i told her i was pregnant (5 1/2 months). Last week she brought in a new manager to replace me and demoted me to assistant manager. I told her i felt as though i was being discriminated against through an email and she said we should talk tomorrow. So she comes to work says we need to talk, i asked to have a witness present she says yes at first then told me it was illegal. I told her i was going to record our conversation if i wasnt able to have a witness, she told me that was illegal (i recorded anyways). Anyways she called me into a room had the new manager shut the door behind me and then attacked me for feeling discriminated against. Told me she never made me manager and that i was lying about the raise. Ive already taken this to the human right tribunal and the labour board. My question is, is the stress and loss of sleep/appetite and constant headache/anxiety enough to be put off work? Also i cant get in to see my ob until the 14th and I do not have a family dr. Is this something the walk in clinic could do? Thanks in advance
