Ok please don't just say I'm to young to to think about my weight.I am 11,4"10,and weigh 100 pounds all my weight goes to my tummy.Yes kids at school think I'm fat but won't say it cause I'm really strong and don't take that Also Im short and dense. so the musule things a prob.and i just want to weigh 90 pounds.just is their one person who get me to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks I neeeeeeed to please thank you ;-)

I'm around your age too and I've lost a lot of weight in the summer. the healthy way to lose is about 2 pounds a week. all you need to do is burn 500 calories more than you consume. this means if you if you ate 1,200 cals you'll need to burn 500 more than that, but dont worry, an average person burns around 1,000 cals a day. just workout. i dont like to workout so i started yoga. sometimes i like to do online workouts like Jillian Michaels ones. i love her 'Yoga meltdown'.
If you want to lose faster you will need nutrition, eat whole grains, stay away from processed food like microwavable meals. get enough calcium, vitamins, protein, and fiber is important to get rid of all the waste. go on an only water diet for a while like only eat and drink water to clean out all the toxins. no soda! If you want to lose more weight faster i suggest going vegetarian :D
