Hello, I think I have too much potassium in my body. And it's causing my muscles to feel weak. How can I get my muscles back to normal and balance the potassium.

You have to be pretty smart to figure out that you have too much or too little potassium. Potassium makes cells dump water and sodium makes them absorb water, so you don't need specific amounts of either, you only need a balance between them. There are some nutrient deficiencies that make muscles weaker, but iron, copper and vitamin E are the only ones that make you feel weak.
What you need is to study some books about nutrition. The body needs forty nutrients to maintain health. It's smart to be aware of them, but awareness of only one nutrient is one fortieth part-smart.
Ok, obviously I'm not 100% sure on whether I have too much potassium but it seems plausible based on my diet. I'm trying a more balanced diet after doing some research and am going to the hospital to get a blood test. Thank you for the feedback.
