My cat is acting very strange lately. I think she may have FHS based on all of her symptoms. But it all started out of the blue last night and it still seems to be bothering her now. It looks like her back is having spasms and she keeps rushing from room to room and hiding under the bed. Once her back twitches she quickly licks it and runs away. When I try to pet her back she tenses and acts like she's in pain. The muscles feel really tense almost like they're cramped up. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help the muscles relax and help her feel better. Would a calming collar help at all? I dont like seeing her like this.
