I purchased a used car from a dealership in Utah a few years ago. It was my first vehicle purchase and I was very uneducated on certain steps to take to ensure that I was getting a good vehicle, hence I did not ask for a carfax. I recently tried to trade the vehicle in, and was told that my vehicle was of no value due to frame/unibody damage that was reported, a few years before I even purchased the vehicle. This information was never disclosed at the time of sale from the dealer. Am I just SOL or are there any steps I can take or perhaps legal issues involved. Thanks.
