If I have a starting population of 100 people with an average life expectancy of 29 and a yearly growth rate of .10, what will my population be in 1,000 years?

Your population would be 0 zero.
There are not enough breeding couples. Inbreeding would decimate the crowd. At a minimum you'd need at LEAST 400 more breeding couples.
