When I move my hip a certain way it pops followed by tremendous pain and is then sore for many hours. Usually when I'm sitting and cross my legs or rotate. (Lower hip/upper thigh) i'm 14 female. I don't do any strenuous activities oter then marching band. Help would be great, thanks!

This is Grade A textbook your pelvis is out of place. Go see a chiropractor immediately (speaking as someone whom has had this problem multiple times, there is no way you are going to get it fixed any other way besides surgery maybe and it will cost you more than seeing a chiropractor as well as possibly screwing you up worse long hall)!!!
