I have recently had an issue with an online buyer who opened a PayPal claim against me saying she never received a phone from me when it was collected by her. PayPal made me refund her which was frustrating for me. Since then I had to claim for something I bought as I never received an item and was refunded. Since these incidents the girls have posted on the app saying I am a scammer and that a police case has been opened against me and I am being investigated. I was just wondering how can I know if this is true and if they actually have reported me to the police? The reason I'm worried about this is because obviously there is technically no proof that the item was collected. I'm just wondering how I can know for sure. Thanks.
