Kojic acid soap works really well. Make sure you learn how to use it.  Be careful it is very strong! It works like a peel. It works great on back acne too. It will lighten your skin, so keep that in mind too. alternate with ivory basic soap and a good moisturizer. you will need one. Good luck!

You can try some besan packs at home. However if your acne is heavy, it won't go with home remedies. You will have to go to a doctor and get proper acne treatment. Go to some reputed skin clinic.
