Well, you sure need help, mostly in English composition so you can write a coherent request for help.
A sickness is not the time to assign fault. In fact you have no clue about the source of your sickness, and it is your lousy health that allowed the sickness to take hold of you. It is the time to restore health, not accuse your family units of criminal ignorance. You should wash your own hands, not complain about your sister's habits*. Second is to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. For instance the first line of defense for any sort of infectious disease is epsom salts. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. The most common symptom of deficiency is bed wetting, which is quite common among pre-teens. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
*The big deal about washing hands after using the toilet is that you have coliform bacteria in your pores. They crowd each other out, so every time you touch yourself Down There you get a smear of them on your hands. Coliform means coil shaped, and E. Coli is the most famous member of that group. Everybody is immune to their own coliforms, but maybe not to someone else's. This has absolutely nothing to do with flu. Now go here and learn a few actual facts about how flu is spread:
