Im 15, overweight and a lot of stored fat. I was told that my insulin needs to drop for my body to start bruning stored fat. Im going on a low carb diet, but what can i eat that i can bring to school every day, and cheap enough for me to have every day...also, if you want to, i need supper ideas as well. Thanks!

Well, eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise (a lot), don't eat too much carbs like bread. Actually, if you really want weight-loss, try going gluten-free. My Mom went gluten-free and she lost AT LEAST 20 pounds. Cut down treats like ice cream and stuff that is high in fat, sodium, sugar, etc. Especially avoid refined sugar. Drink a lot of water too. Go jogging, get into a hobby, start a sport, etc. Of course, if you just want to lose weight from your diet, you don't have to exercise and stuff (though I really recommend it.) Anyways, good luck.
