Ever since I can remember I have always had the issue of having an existential crisis of sorts more often than not on a daily basis. I remember that even when I was in primary school I was faced with them almost every other day and as I have gotten older they have not gotten less. In fact, it has gotten to the point that I experience them now almost every day, but they tend to vary in levels of extremity. Is there any specific reason as to why this has always been a part of my day to day life? Most of the time they are not pleasant. Thanks

Everyone learns, as a child, from their parents. It appears one or both of your parents went through the same thing and you are shadowing their behavior.
If you are an adult, and living on your own, find something which is relaxing to you and clear your mind. If something comes up, during the day, take a deep breath, exhale and just focus on your job.
