so I have a friend who (about a week ago) was visibly not feeling well. They missed about 4 days of school. When they got back, they randomly made a comment about being in the hospital, and on and off comments about their "blood sugar being low". Another friend of mine also saw them at the nurses office (this person is almost never sick). Is it possible my friend has been diagnosed with diabetes and has not told me? If so, what should I do?

You should do nothing but mind your own business. If your friend has diabetes and has become insulin dependent and wants you to know, your friend will tell you. Do not interfere.
"Low blood sugar can happen in people with diabetes who take medicines that increase insulin levels in the body. Taking too much medication, skipping meals, eating less than normal, or exercising more than usual can lead to low blood sugar for these individuals. Blood sugar is also known as glucose."
I think you should ask them if something's wrong and if they wanna talk about it, and if they want, you should listen and do whatever you want and can to be there, help. But if they don't wanna talk about it...again, just let them know you're there, but otherwise don't push it, 'cause it could turn them away.
