Where did you find this nonsense? Psychology is the study of the way people think. There is no way to measure the way anybody thinks, but some people are fairly good at guessing. And that is the end of science for that subject. Psychology is flaky enough without trying to pretend that there is some connection to physiology. I mean beyond the implications of the remark "hit in the head".
