Dears, I need to find at least two TV channels (no matter in what country) that are aimed at raising the awareness of population on political matters. I am looking for the channels that would ideally have news on parliament sessions, discussion of laws, policies. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sorry, but you will not find an unbiased network that will simply teach you what you're talking about. Everything on TV and in Radio is prejudice. The only Network on TV I suggest watching is C-SPAN.
the best way to learn is by reading about it online and in books, or you could take a few classes, wikipedia is also a good source to get the basic understanding and references to study material.
