I hope to find a solution to my pimple worries.... I never had spots or pimples on my face before. Now at 19-20 years old they are coming non stop. It's been about a year or more since they started like this. Used plenty of natural remedies such as orange peel face packs, honey, lemon, eggwhite, glycerine, and many more natural things (since I do not want to touch drugs/artificial ointments). The spots begin by sore little pus-filled reddish bumbs, then they stay for a day or two until I wash my face with hot water (which drains the pimples). Sometimes I exfoliate my face with a towel. I've tried all these remedies time and again, but nothing is working. I never needed to do this before, while I was a teenager I always had smooth skin. I'm Indian, with slightly tanned skin, if that helps.

Try using a mild soap such as Dermaveen. Also consider changing your diet to include mainly fresh fruit and vegetables and no junk food. It would also be worthwhile going to see a GP for some medical advice it may be that you have a hormonal problem and that could be checked with a simple blood test.
Every hair follicle has a gland that secretes sebum to lubricate the hair. If the hair falls out the gland keeps going. When sebum hits air it turns black. That is why you have black spots all over your nose and cheeks. If the pore is closed by skin then the sebum remains white and you have a whitehead.
Only three things are known for sure about acne:
1. Only humans get it.
2. The only cure is to outgrow it.
3. #2 is not very reliable.

Get some face lotion that has ALOE in it. Wash your face with soap n water then put on the lotion only on the pimple's & if there's a lot close to each other just smear it on all over & let it stay undisturbed on your face for 2 hours. After that wash your face with soap n water & rub it into your face so the color of it does'nt show. Do this each day for 3 days. Then just rub it on in the morning. Mike
