ive never been in better shape than when i was 18-22 and in the army. 22-31...absolutely nothing. I smoke every single day constantly without skipping a beat, i eat like cow and i drink more sodas than water at a ridiculous ratio... somewhere in the ballpark or 7 to 1. Not anymore. strict diet, strict exercise routine.

im seriously considering reenlistment and i want an option 40 ranger spot. i can do it mentally. physically i know i couldnt make it the 1st hr. I have my mind set to be in shape by july or i wont be joining the army again because without being able to try out for the ranger tab; i dont want to enlist. I have plans between now and july run myself to a RASP simulation. im researching every little detail in an atempt to recreate the feeling(except the sleep deprivation feeling)

i need to be able to do 80pushups,80situps in 2mins, 12 pullups, 2miles in 13:00, ,5miles in 35:00, 15mile hike in 5hrs with 65lbs, 15meter swim in full gear. ill leave myself a 15% mergen on all of those standards since theyre maxed
out results for the army pt testing for rangers.

can i get there pgysically within a 6mth period. ill do absolutely anything. ill train 6days a week etc etc....HELP!!
