There are dozens of possible causes of abdominal pain. Like this: www.timefornaturalhealthcare.com/abdominal-pain-map-that-shows-what-could-be-the-cause-of-your-pain/
As long as everybody is guessing, you might as well guess one of the most common causes: magnesium deficiency. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
Another common problem is not enough fiber in the diet. You need two slices of whole grain bread every day, or veggies with every meal. People who don't get that much have painful dumps and sometimes die screaming.
It's pretty cheap to read some books about nutrition and learn how to eat right, since it doesn't cost any more than eating wrong. Nutrition will protect you from disorders that are difficult to diagnose.
Thank you so much for that great advice !!!! I will buy both these salts tomorrow - and try both, one at a time - and see which works best...and though it's very difficult for me to eat anything at all, I will try something that increases my fibre intake, and see if my tummy can handle it. Thank you!!! I have tried almost everything else I could find on google and could get from the docs, but had not tried these things. Thank you again :)
