It means that she has violated a condition on her domestic battery charge she has done something to have her conditional discharge taken off her record so being they can now revoke her conditional discharge cause she violated that condition its not good anytime that happens.
They made a stipulation on her domestic battery charge that stated if she had conditions when she saw the judge he would have put conditions on the charge and if it got violated they can revoke the conditions they set fourth in the court documents if she got a suspended sentence its possible they will revoke.
so my friend has hearing next month , so this means the probation officer and the prosecutor are trying to convince the judge that she indeed violated the conditions and her sentence should continue, and it cannot be terminated, rite?? so are there chances of her going to jail as well?
It depends on the judge who hears the case if it was the judge that set the conditions then she could become one of the people the judge will make a example out of so she must have done something that will get her violated
so what does it mean that she violated something and in what is it serious?
