I am told I will be on it for spring break and going swimming since its in Florida/ I can't wear tampons. What can I do? I have a very heavy period too so panty liners won't do while I'm in the water either?

Unfortunately there is not much else you could do. Tampons or those menstrual cups are the only things that you could use for swimming. You can’t go swimming with a pad or panty liners. If you just have spotting, you will be fine with nothing, but anything heavier you might have to avoid swimming for a few days.
Hi,
When you are in period, the body is in low immunity. In addition, during the period the reproductive tract is prone to inflammatory symptoms in the process of bleeding. so swimming should be avoided to avoid gynecological inflammation and infection of the body, as well as other pathological changes caused by low body immunity.
As you said your period lasts 7 days and every 3 weeks is normal. If you have any discomfort, you can take natural medicine fuyan pills.
