I've been on my period for 4 months straight, with one or two days within that off. I've been to the doctors and had scans it's not polycystic ovaries or an sti. I have been given two tablets to stop my period which have stopped working. I'm 20, and on the mini pill as I get migraines, but this pill has never ever caused issues if anything it stopped my periods. Need help stopping my periods, as I've had to go off sick at work due to being so tired and poorly all the time. Any advice please.

Have you been to a gynecologist? You need to call your health plan and file a complaint. You're taking meds to stop your periods and they aren't working. You are becoming anemic and having to take an iron supplement. Bleeding for 4 months is not acceptable and you need to start raising some hell.
I cannot give you medical advice just advice to stand up and say, "No more!"
Good luck.
Yeah, but they literally didn't do anything and a week later I still haven't heard back. I'm now worried work will dismiss me as I've got to have another week or two off work. I'm not sure if they can but I'm now getting added stresses.
