Paypal account?

Basically the pay pal is hooked up with a card that identifys who you are certifiy your card with a small deposit on your card this will then identify you. When you put the amount they gave you on your card this helps them know who you are and when you have to transfer money from paypal to your visa. Thats a way to transfer it after someone makes the deposit do you know why you needed to have a paypal account its a secure way of doing bussiness its protected.
