We choose a seafront hotel in blackpool, walked in there and then, asked if parking was availilble, they said it was, so we paid for parking and the room. Checked into the room to be told there was suddenly no parking. So we said we will have to check out. There was no other option for us.
The hotel personel became rude and angry, refusing to refund us.
It all happened in the space of 10mins what can we do?
The owner is fully aware... trip advisor says it all...
