Overhead neighbor saying I shouldn't live alone as I am too disabled. I can't move back to moms?

I over heard neighbor and said she has written to HUD saying that I was mentally unstable to live alone. I don't want to move back in to my mothers house - to much violence and drama. Can I be forced to move back because of this?

Don't worry about it until some official knocks on the door, and then demand to see their warrant. They don't have one, of course, so tell them to get lost.

HUD has nothing to do with whether you are competent to live the way you live.
