I'm 20 and I'm on a lot of medication and I feel like I have a problem, I take lorazepam 1mg, quetiapine (Seroquel), promethazine, venlafaxine (Effexor), I also take cocodomal a lot and I use these meds at night because I'm such a bag of nerves I cant sleep. I also take a lot of herbal and kalms pill with valerian. I just couldn't imagine it without them, I mean I just keep taking more and more pills until I'm knocked out

You really need to start learning a few things instead of guessing at everything. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose.
Calcium pills and warm milk are the best sleeper, and the only side effect is strong bones.
Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
Do not take any medication without first researching it. Go to google.com and type the name of the med and "side effects".

I'm well aware of the sides effects and I actually have a diploma in health and nutrition.
