This isn't really a question as you say I was just wondering if it happens to anyone else. When I go to stretch, for example stretch my legs, I always seem to get sharp cramp straight away and it is really painful ( especially when it happens in my toes ) and the same with when I try to stretch my arms. I was once laid in bed one morning and I was desperate to stretch as people do in a morning and I did and I think I pulled my shoulder or at least trapped a nerve in it. It was really painful for a few days and I couldn't even put my socks on. Since then I have always been careful on how I stretch in case something like that happens again, I am almost jealous of people who can stretch ( especially when they do it in front of me because I have to like half stretch)

I wouldn't describe it as unbearable neither but it does really hurt, thanks anyway and I have tried to do some stretches in a morning when I get up so it doesn't happen but that doesn't really help me :(
well im 10 and i can do the splits! but it took alot of work, it hurt alot when i tried but then it was my everyday routine to strech so it doesn't hurt that much anymore, try making flexability a everyday thing for you 10-20 mins each day.
