I am someone who suffered from an ear infection in both ears. Due to this I had multiple surgeries on each ear which contributed to a severe hearing loss
Since I now rely heavily on hearing aids (which I am very self-conscious about), my doctor has reccomended me having Ossisiculoplasty which is a reparation of the 3 bones in the ear to improve hearing - there is no guarantee it will work but is still worth a shot.
I was just wondering if anybody has had a similar experience to me and had ossisiculoplasty surgery. I am curious to know how it worked for you and how much it improved your hearing to the point where you may not have to rely on a hearing aid ?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks.
