I ordered a bumper 30 days ago. I asked for a refund now they’re telling me they have to check to see if it was shipped over the weekend. I wasn’t given shipping number nor notified about it. What can I do?

If they won't/can't give you a tracking number request a refund again. Ask to speak to the manager if they don't try to help you. Not knowing what kind of place you're dealing with its difficult to know what you need to do. If you paid with a credit card call the card company and put in a complaint, they'll investigate and help resolve the issue. You can do the same with PayPal. If you used a debit card you'll have to call the bank and ask them how they deal with this.
